Tiffany Haynes

Tiffany Haynes is an Advisor to Baleon Capital with domain expertise in FinTech and HR Tech. She is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker at national conferences.

Tiffany Haynes is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer for Fingercheck (FC), an established HCM SaaS platform focused on small business owners managing their people in a modern way.

Prior to joining FC, Tiffany was with Jack Henry & Associates (NASDAQ: JKHY) for 20 years; much of that time was devoted to fintech operations, program management, people operations, and leading consumer-facing experiences.  She served in various roles, including Chief People Officer, and as General Manager and Vice President of Consumer-Facing Experiences with full P&L responsibilities.

Tiffany received her B.S. in Management and Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, and was named a Money 20/20 RiseUp leadership recipient in 2021.
