Gregory Wozniak is a member of Baleon Capital’s Healthcare Optimization Team which assists with pipeline opportunity review, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives with respect to Baleon’s portfolio companies.
Gregory is the Founder and President of Denali Health, a consulting firm providing advisory services to healthcare organizations, physician groups, innovative technology & services companies, amongst others.
Gregory previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of St. Mary Medical Center for 16 years, leading the development and implementation of its clinically integrated network, accountable care organization, full-risk, dual-eligible program for seniors, and free-standing acute rehabilitation hospital, as well as innovative payer relationships. Gregory previously served as a board member of The Hospital and Health System Association and American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board (NY/PA/NJ).
Gregory received his B.S. in business administration from John Carroll University and his Master of Health Administration and MBA from Washington University School of Medicine and Washington University, respectively.
